Tradie Future is a trading name of Fafo Limited. Our enquiry and privacy officer contact is paulsgotmail-ndgb0d+tradiefuture@mail.grokbot.com.
Website and service agreements
This website explains a pilot service and lets you request a discussion. Browsing, preparing an email or trying the scripted demo does not buy a service or create a booking. A paid service begins only when Fafo Limited and the client accept a written order/scope identifying deliverables, prices, start dates and any special terms. The accepted order and negotiated service agreement govern that supply; website text does not silently amend an existing contract.
Pilot scope and fees
Essentials: NZ$499 setup plus NZ$199/month. Workflow: NZ$899 setup plus NZ$349/month, subject to integration feasibility. Custom work is separately quoted. The Auckland pilot offers up to three agreed Essentials places at NZ$249 setup, monthly fee unchanged; places are confirmed by email and are not reserved by submitting an enquiry. No claim is made about how many remain.
Prices are NZD; GST is added only where applicable and confirmed in the order. Standard service is month-to-month. Setup invoices/due dates and recurring billing start are specified in the order. Clients can give notice by email to stop renewal at the end of the current monthly period. Setup work already delivered is not automatically refundable; rights to remedies for non-delivery, breach and applicable law remain. Unused-period credits, suspension for non-payment and any special cancellation terms must be agreed in writing.
Service limits and responsibilities
The launch offer gathers enquiries and answers approved FAQs; it does not issue binding trade quotes, guarantee availability, undertake emergency dispatch or provide licensed technical advice. Clients approve content, lawful collection notices, service boundaries and recipients and remain responsible for quotations, bookings and customer follow-up. We exercise reasonable care and skill in agreed work, but AI may be inaccurate and external providers may fail. No guaranteed search ranking, job wins, revenue or uninterrupted availability is offered.
Essentials includes 300 AI replies/month and Workflow 600. We warn at 80%; at the limit, use a contact fallback unless an upgrade is expressly approved. No uncapped automatic recharge. Production deployment, significant workflow changes and any additional charges require client agreement.
Fair trading, consumer rights and NZ contract law
The Fair Trading Act 1986 applies, including rules against misleading conduct and unsubstantiated representations and applicable unfair-contract-term protections. We do not generally contract out of the Fair Trading Act through this website. Any permitted exclusion under section 5D would require a separate written, fair and reasonable in-trade agreement meeting the statutory conditions; it does not prevent Commerce Commission enforcement.
Nothing here excludes Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 rights or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a service is supplied and acquired in trade, all parties are in trade and expressly agree in writing, a separate agreement may provide for contracting out under section 43 of the CGA only where it is fair and reasonable for them to be bound. Simply being a business, browsing this page or ticking an enquiry box does not achieve that exclusion.
The Contract and Commercial Law Act 2017 and other applicable NZ law govern contract formation, electronic dealings and available contractual remedies. A demo enquiry is not acceptance of a paid scope.
Liability and remedies
Liability is subject to mandatory law and the accepted service agreement. This website does not impose a blanket cap, exclude all consequential loss or remove statutory remedies. Any proposed business-service liability cap or exclusions must be expressly negotiated in writing, proportionate and legally enforceable, with relevant carve-outs and consideration of unfair-contract-term rules. Until such agreement, ordinary applicable legal rights and remedies remain; no cap is implied from the monthly price. This is deliberate, rather than presenting an unreviewed liability exclusion as settled law.
Content, confidentiality and acceptable use
You must have authority to supply content and personal information. Client materials retain their owners’ rights; the order addresses configuration rights, permitted use, confidentiality and export/deletion at termination. We do not claim ownership of your customer information. Do not use the service for unlawful collection, spam, impersonation, unsafe instructions or credential theft. See acceptable use and AI disclosure.
Privacy and marketing
Our privacy policy explains handling and client-agent responsibilities. Demo enquiry consent is for responding, not an unrelated mailing list. Promotional messages require an appropriate consent basis, clear sender identity and a free working unsubscribe under the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007.
Concerns, changes and governing law
Contact paulsgotmail-ndgb0d+tradiefuture@mail.grokbot.com with service concerns so we can seek a practical resolution. NZ law governs, and NZ courts have jurisdiction subject to rights that cannot lawfully be restricted. Changes to this website do not retrospectively change accepted service terms; material service changes require agreement or a valid agreed variation process.
