A better enquiry brief for Wellington trades.
Capture access details for a realistic handover
For hillside properties or streets with limited vehicle access, the useful first question is how people and materials reach the work area. Ask customers to describe access, not to assess safety.
Questions that make a local handover useful
Separate Wellington City, the Hutt Valley, Porirua and Kāpiti in your service-area rules if your crew treats them differently. Do not assume one city label means every surrounding address is served.
Example intake
Example: a landscaping enquiry with steps-only access needs different planning from a garden reached directly by a driveway.
What we do — and do not claim
Tradie Future is planning remote website-assistant setup for NZ trade businesses. This is a service-area guide, not a claim of an office, existing customers or on-site coverage in Wellington. Your own service boundaries must be confirmed before deployment.
